About the event
Join us for a hands-on 4 week Introduction to Lino Printing Workshop, perfect for adults and older teenagers eager to explore the art of printmaking. Our resident print maker will guide you through the fundamentals of lino cutting and printing, helping you transform your drawings or photos into striking prints.
Through step-by-step instruction, you’ll learn how to simplify images for carving, transfer designs onto a lino block, and create a small edition of prints. You’ll also explore techniques like registration and the jigsaw method to incorporate two colours in a single print. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to refine your skills, this workshop offers a fun and rewarding creative experience.
