Win a Solo Exhibition with Liberation Art Gallery!​

 

Liberation Art Gallery is offering you the chance to win your own solo exhibition in our central Brighton gallery space.

For just £20, you can enter our exclusive prize competition where one talented artist will be selected to showcase their work in an exhibition, promoted by our gallery team and shared across our platforms.

The selected artist will be awarded a solo exhibition using all wall spaces within the main gallery. In addition, the gallery may choose to nominate a second artist working with ceramics or sculptural media, whose work will be exhibited across our double window frontage and on plinths, offering high-visibility, street-facing exposure.​

How It Works:

- Answer a skill-based question (creativity matters!)

- Only valid entries will be entered into the final draw

- Pay your £20 competition entry fee

- Any subsequent art sales in the gallery are subject to 50% commission

Solo show includes:

 

• Exclusive use of all gallery wall space

• Curatorial guidance and support

• Professional installation of the exhibition

• Promotion across Liberation Art Gallery’s website, social media and mailing list 

• An opening private view, including an artist talk and refreshments, welcoming invited guests and the wider community

• Opportunity to sell work (with commission stated)

Liberation Art Gallery CIC is a not-for-profit social enterprise dedicated to making creativity accessible to everyone. Our gallery, creative workshops and art therapy space reinvest all profits directly back into community programmes.

 

By taking part in and contributing to a solo show at Liberation, you become part of a wider social mission — one that supports individuals, families and young people, particularly those facing barriers to education, mental health support, or inclusion.

 

Support raised through this process helps us deliver free and low-cost art therapy, outreach projects and wellbeing initiatives across the community. Every contribution helps sustain meaningful creative and therapeutic access for those who need it most.

 

A solo show at Liberation offers the selected artist a professional platform to develop and share their practice, while contributing to lasting social impact through art.
